I am truly an art historian, not an artist, but I’m interested in the PRESERVATION
of digital art. Technology is constantly decaying and being reborn in different forms.
It poses unique problems for an art historian. It is our responsibility to perserve both the piece of art
and the technology that it takes to be able to present it. New media, new digital art
requires a new lens of art historical research. I am committed to the study of digital preservation.
